New England Baptist Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts
Baker Young currently provides master plan and facilities management consulting services to New England Baptist Hospital, one of four Boston hospitals affiliated with Harvard. Baker Young acts as Program Manager for approximately $10 million in new construction and renovation projects each year at the Baptist, and consults daily on the facility management for this 500,000 square foot facility. Baker Young’s lease management of all medical practices has resulted in increased compliance with Stark regulations and HIPAA requirements. Baker Young is also involved in the space study of selected buildings on the Baptist campus in order to determine the optimum use of each property. Working with the Baptist’s long-range facilities plan, Baker Young is currently coordinating the relocation and expansion of a number of Hospital programs and medical practices.
